Giveaway: Designer BB Dakota dress
ChickDowntown.com, the great people who gave me the Tolani scarf to giveaway is now giving me a designer dress worth $65.00 to giveaway here. Designed by BB Dakota, this lavender dress with splashes of bright abstract florals is uber cute and glamorous.
In fact, I have this sweet frock and wore it during BlogHer and received many compliments. I especially love how the skirt poofs out. Here I am in the dress at the BowlHer party:

This dress is so versatile. You could dress it up or down. I'd probably wear it to a wedding or out on the town.

I'd probably wear it to the company Christmas party, probably with a pair of glittery blue high heels and a fun scarf. It'd make a heck of an impression and when asked why I was wearing it, I could just say because if Tara wore it, it must be really good fashion! :)

i LOVE bb dakota, and am a huge fan of ChickDownTown too - as for where I would wear this, I think it'd be really cool to wear to a Sunday brunch! Just imagine it - with a pair of cute sandals, sipping a mimosa (or 3!)

I wear dresses every day, they are my signature. This dress would be the perfect special outfit with a strappy little pair of sandals, lacy sweater and my husband on a date.

We are having a "Tea Party" Bridal shower for my cousin later this month and this dress would be perfect!

Oh well. Could I ask you anyway how the sizing on these dresses runs, since you have one yourself? I've seen reviews saying "true to size" and "small," but with vanity sizing and juniors sizing causing sizes to be all over the map between brands, it's impossible to know what that means.
Tracy, It was pretty true to size, I could have even gone a little smaller, but then it might have been tighter in other areas. I followed the chest size measurements to pick a size.
