Sleepless In Seattle

Space NeedleBefore I talk about my amazing vacation in Alaska and Victora, Canada, let me start off with Seattle. I didn't see the Frasier coffee house, Cafe Nervosa, since it doesn't really exist, but I did snap a shot of the first ever Starbucks in Pike Place Market in Seattle. I almost passed right by it since it didn't look like the eighty other Starbucks in the city, since it didn't have the iconic logo or signage.

As for Grey's Anatomy, there isn't a real Seattle Grace either, but they do use this building for exterior shots of the hospital.

We also visited Pioneer Street where the city started and in the evening we attended the famous Jazz Alley to hear The Bluesbreakers perform with the the Godfather of British Blues, John Mayall. We also hit up their China Town for some dim sum before heading for the airport home. A lot more to come this week, I promise.
