Eco-friendly baby care

Thanks to my shower and stock piling from events over the last year, I've assembled a huge basket worth of baby shampoos, washes, lotions, etc. for the twins. However, like for myself, I've tried to steer towards organic brands for a natural, less irritating option.

Thus, Live Clean (Baby), the eco-friendly line of baby bath products and lotions, which has found its way into the hearts and bathtubs of moms and moms-to-be across the US, including Hollywood Moms – Maggie Gyllenhall, Charlize Theron, Alyson Hannigan, Molly Sims and Kourtney Kardashian! Using only natural, non-irritating, supremely gentle plant based ingredients with certified organic botanicals that are safe for baby and safe for the earth – Live Clean (Baby) performs efficiently and gently to keep baby looking, feeling and smelling their very best, while addressing concerns regarding baby’s sensitivities.

When I first heard about this eco-brand popular with celebrities, I assumed it would be expensive and found at only high-end boutiques. However, these eco-conscious products retail for $7.99 each and are available exclusively at Walgreens & Walgreens.com. So you can start stock piling too!

Also, after having a bad reaction to cocoa butter, I've been using Weleda's Stretch Mark Oil on my belly. I know, they say you can't prevent stretch marks, but so far so good (knock on wood). It keeps my belly moisturized so it's easier to stretch, plus, it provides a relaxing nightly massage for me and the babies. It also smells like a spa! Apparently you can  use the oil post-pregnancy for massaging the babies too. And again it's derived from the purest ingredients that nature can provide along with a high quantity of vitamins A, D and E.

What are your favorite natural baby products?
