I still feel like I'm missing some. The Beach Boys and America came to me just at the last minute too. My favorite shows were Bette, Dolly, Rod and Cyndi because not only do I love their songs I loved their passion on stage. Worst: Madonna (eh she's all theatrics, didn't sing the hits and took long breaks) and Dave Matthews (read the post).
Your DMB post is funny. I went to my first concert two summers ago, and although I love DMB, its all just too damn long! Plus I almost passed out from heat exhaustion, but thats besides the point. Next time I go (if I do), it's a lawn chair all the way for me!
ReplyDeleteOkay, so I would have loved to see U2, but only because of how political that lead guy is. I think Madonna got political for one album too, but it didn't do well. Figures. Stupid America.
